This article gives me hope. I live in DC and often find myself wondering how to incentivize startups to engage in issue they can solve rather than just issues of connivence. For example you can get dry cleaning on call or have a valet park your car anywhere, but I have a hard time calling this disruption. There are endless things that should be disrupted, but no action.
